Our festive Jam for 2023. Mandarin is paired with a mineral-fresh yet yeasty light and crispy Sherry. We love this dolloped on our Christmas pudding with cream & custard, spooned over the sponge on our trifle, or served with roasted Turkey and glazed ham. Of course you can have it on your toast !
