LBJ Apricot & Verjuice Jam 220g

Jammy, honeyed-sweet Apricots are paired with Verjuice, a highly acidic, non-alcoholic cooking ingredient made from the juice of pressed unripe grapes. We add it to our Apricot jam to provide a gentle acidity, offering a more sophisticated substitute for lemon juice. It's not a dominant flavour, but one that balances the sweetness. Luscious when dolloped on a gooey piece of Brie de Meaux. Ingredients: Apricots, unrefined cane sugar, verjuice & lemon juice.
